Jason Mendelson | Managing Director
Jason Mendelson is a Managing Director for Mobius Venture Capital. He joined the firm in July 2000. Previously, Jason was an attorney with Cooley Godward LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law with an emphasis on representation of emerging companies in private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his legal career, Jason was a senior consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he focused on financial institution re-engineering engagements. Jason is also a Managing Director and Co-Founder of the Foundry Group, an early-staged technology venture capital firm located in Boulder, CO. Jason has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan. He has traveled to many parts of the United States and parts of Europe performing as a percussionist and is currently very active in the Northern California music scene. His other interests include sports, home remodeling and travel.

Jim Feuille | Partner
Jim has more than 20 years experience in investment banking and is currently a partner at Crosslink Capital focusing on software/services investments. Most recently, he was Global Head of Technology Investment Banking at UBS Warburg. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer at Volpe Brown Whelan & Company. Jim was also Head of Technology Investment Banking at Robertson Stephens. Jim holds a BA in Chemistry from Dartmouth College and a JD/MBA from Stanford University.

Robert C. Hawk | Hawk Communications, Inc.
Mr. Hawk is President of Hawk Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company, and retired President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. West Multimedia Communications, Inc., where he headed the cable, data and telephone communications business from 1985 to 1996. Previously, he was President of the Carrier Division of U.S. West. Mr. Hawk also served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning for CXC Corporation, and as a director of Advanced Systems Development for AT&T/American Bell, a telecommunications company. Mr. Hawk currently serves on the boards of several private companies. Mr. Hawk holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.

Tom Peterson | General Partner
Tom is a veteran early-stage technology investor who has been with El Dorado Ventures since 1986. He focuses on early-stage investments in software, service and communications companies. Tom joined El Dorado in 1986 from Union Venture Corp., the venture capital arm of Union Bank of California, where he was an Investment Officer. Prior to joining Union Venture, Tom held engineering and management positions with Hewlett-Packard and General Electric. Tom received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Joe Kennedy | Chief Executive Officer & President
Joe Kennedy joined Pandora in 2004 following a five-year stint at E-LOAN, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1995 to 1999, he was the Vice President of Sales, Service and Marketing for Saturn Corporation, which he grew to over $4 billion in revenue and established as the top brand for customer satisfaction in the auto industry. Joe joined the initial start-up team at Saturn, four months after its founding, as a marketing manager and held positions of increasing marketing responsibility over the course of his 11-year tenure there. Joe holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University, where he dabbled in music theory and learned to compose his own Gregorian chants.

Ecast
John Taylor | President and CEO
John brings over eighteen years of executive management experience in both Fortune 500 and startup companies to Ecast. He has a proven track record developing new markets and generating revenue growth for leading companies such as Macromedia, Sun Microsystems and NCR and creating new products and technologies for enterprise and new media markets. Most recently, John was the senior director of new business at Macromedia and led the company's effort to enter the enterprise communications market. Prior to joining Macromedia, he was Vice President of broadband at Quokka Sports and was responsible for the company's broadband product and business development efforts. Previously, John was the vice president of sales and business development for Dimension X, a Java multimedia tools company that was acquired by Microsoft. Prior to Dimension X, he held sales and management positions for Illustra Information Technology (acquired by Informix), Sun Microsystems and NCR. John holds a B.S. from Cornell University.

Ted Cohen | Managing Partner
Integrating his widespread digital authority in music, mobile, IPTV and product & service development, Ted serves as the managing partner of TAG Strategic. Prior to TAG Strategic, Ted led next-generation digital business development as senior vice president of digital development & distribution for EMI Music. Previously, Ted was executive vice president of Digital Music Network Inc., where he co-founded the groundbreaking Webnoize conferences. Ted also led the new media consulting operations DMN Consulting and Consulting Adults where he attracted clients such as Amazon.com, Microsoft, Universal Studios, DreamWorks Records, Liquid Audio and Wherehouse Records/Checkout.com. He has also held senior management positions at both Warner Bros. Records and Philips Media.

Marlin Gilbert | Manager, Advertising Sales
Marlin Gilbert runs an advertising sales group at Google that is responsible for technology companies in Northern California. He previously managed marketing for Google's TV advertising business. Prior to Google, Marlin served as SVP of Marketing at Ecast. He was the 2nd employee and VP, Business Development at Arcot where he closed landmark security infrastructure software deals with Visa, Intel and America Online. Marlin was co-founder of TradingDynamics (Ariba acquisition, B2B auction software platform) and VP, Marketing at Dimension X (Microsoft acquisition, web animation tools for advertisers). Earlier in his career, he held a variety of sales, marketing and business development positions at Silicon Graphics during its rapid growth from $170 million to $4 billion in annual revenue.

Steven Kellam | Executive Vice President
Steven is Executive Vice President of PlanIT Solutions, the leading network managed services provider in the northern San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to his position with PlanIT Solutions, Steven played an instrumental role in the growth of Ecast’s business, serving as VP of Network Sales and Business Development. During his eight year tenure, Steven led sales efforts that quadrupled the size of the Ecast network to 10,000 nationwide locations with a variety of business clients including Nordstrom, Bennigan’s and Fatburger.

Joy Marcus | Senior Vice President, Global Marketing
Joy joined Time Warner from Barnes & Noble.com, where she was on the management team that took the company public in 1999. She was in charge of the affiliate marketing team and of negotiating and implementing key online media partnerships with companies such as Yahoo! and MSN. Joy began her media career at MTV Networks, a division of Viacom where she served as Vice President, International Business Development for the MTV:Music Television channel.

Dan Pelson | President and CEO
Dan is founder and CEO of uPlayMe, a social networking service that connects people through the digital media they consume. Previously, he served as CEO of Bolt, Inc., an ad-supported media portal that registered over 9 million members and generated over $50MM in revenue with ad clients including P&G, AOL, Ford, and ATT Wireless. Dan also started Concrete Media, a successful Internet services business that incubated online media properties such as Girls on Film, which sold to Oxygen Media in 1998. Dan began his career at Sun Microsystems, where he focused on breaking the company into the media industry.

Steve Seabolt | VP Worldwide Publishing & Marketing Operations
Steve is vice president of worldwide publishing and marketing operations for Electronic Arts, the leading gaming software company. He drives the company’s marketing principles and practices and creates the vision for implementing its global marketing infrastructure. Prior to joining EA in 2001, Steve was CEO of Spinway, a startup ISP with over 7 million subscribers. As president and CEO of Sunset Publishing Corp. from 1994 to 2000, he revived the struggling division of Time Inc., refocusing Sunset Magazine and launching a custom publishing division. Steve was Sunset’s vice president and publisher prior to becoming CEO. Steve began his publishing career in 1978, when he joined Time Inc. He went on to become ad director and U.S. ad sales manager, then vice president of Western sales from 1991 to 1993.

Julie Shumaker
| Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Julie is one of the best-known executives in the in-game advertising industry. Formerly EA's National Director of Sales, Videogame Advertising, she established EA as the number one seller of integrated advertising placements in games. Last year, Julie brought top-tier advertisers into thirteen videogames and their respective online community properties, capping a five-year tenure where she increased year-on-year revenues by more than 60%. Prior to her work at EA, Julie drove sponsorships and advertising sales on Yahoo! Inc.'s FIFA World Cup site. Before joining Yahoo, Shumaker was director of sponsorship sales for Quokka Sports and its joint venture with NBC, where she introduced advertising, product placement and branded entertainment programming through media vehicles like nbcolympics.com, usopen.com and finalfour.net. Julie currently serves as vice president of worldwide sales for Double Fusion.

Brian Terkelsen | SVP-Director of Entertainment Marketing
Brian has been in the entertainment marketing industry since 1992 and has extensive experience working with MTV, ESPN and Discovery Channel. In 1995, he served as Executive Producer on MTV Eco-Challenge and ESPN Extreme Games.
Most recently, Brian was General Manager of Be Here Technologies, Inc., where he directly managed the Sales, Marketing and Production Groups as well as the sale of broadcast services to Entertainment Tonight, NBC, NBA, 2002 Winter Olympics and HBO Sports. Prior to this, he served three years as Group General Manager of Quokka Sports, Inc. where he conceived and negotiated programming deals in the adventure and sailing space.

David Wadhwani is the vice president of product development for Adobe Flex. Prior to joining Macromedia in 2002 he was the founder and vice president of product development at iHarvest Corporation. While at iHarvest, David led the development and deployment of a web-based knowledge management and collaboration system before selling it to Interwoven, Inc. He also spent four years at Oracle in the early 1990s where he was part of the core team that conceived, designed, and implemented Oracle's first business analytics software package.
